First post!

Well, here is my first foray into the world of blogging. You would think that as a computer teacher I would have hopped onto this bandwagon ages ago, but frankly, I just haven’t really felt like I would have something to write that anyone would want to read. Now that we are less than five days away from Ben’s arrival, though, it seems that there are quite a few people who are interested in keeping up on the little tyke. And thus I hope that this blog will help spread news, pictures, and other fun stuff about our new son.

Thanks to my friend David Quigley (with his excellent baby blog) for inspiring me to do this, and getting me hooked onto this particular blog site.
