It definitely seems like Mr. B is trying harder these days to actually make some words. This morning after I had gotten him out of bed, he was pointing to something on the dresser in his room and making a noise that sounded a lot like “Daddy”. I looked at Ben and repeated the word “Daddy?” back to him. I swear that he looked back at me, nodded his head, and said, “Ya”. So maybe those are two new words in one day! So far it seems like he can say these words:

- Mommy
- Daddy

- yes
- more
Maybe wishful thinking, but I hope this is the beginning of a big talking phase for him. We’ll see!
